Anwar: My objective as a painter is simply to produce an Art object that is both beautiful and interesting at the same time. I find myself drawn toward a somewhat bold and Modern design with often large shapes and careful balance. My subjects are most often objects from nature although like to participate with popular imagery so I may include a coffee shop scene or a celebrated skyline. If I can come up with an image with a good thump of both Interest and beauty I figure it worth a go.
